Just Another Frustrating Day In Crown’s Cuckoo Landhttp://kirkflyingvet.com/blogs/legal/archive/2009/10/16/just-another-frustrating-day-in-crown-s-cuckoo-land.aspxFri, 16 Oct 2009 09:17:00 GMTc7306cf9-8c9b-4f2c-8f21-f8b2637dc339:1150Maurice
<p>‘You can see the rules (policy) if you hand over your cigar lighter', the Ward Manager said, whilst surrounded by her 'heavies' in the doorway of my cell.</p>
<p>Subsequent delivery
and a further promise, has, as yet yielded nothing.</p>
<p>So I repeat the
academic exercise, a few days later, ensuring this time, there are at least 14
involved. Worrying when the obvious
question was put, few it seemed had even seen the Rule Book yet alone Statutory
Health and Safety regulations.</p>
<p>Whenever Her Majesty chooses to
lock me up, the first job I do is to ‘case the joint' with the view, as so many of
my adversaries would have you to believe, to try and escape.</p>
<p>My survey on such
places has always been, revealed in confidence towards the end of my
internment, but here I am at Her Majesty's pleasure for an indeterminate length
of time.</p>
<p>I remember, long ago,
a Guernsey born prison officer in the quaint old HM Prison, Dorchester,
breaking all the rules and letting me peep at my confidential file.</p>
<p>In it, handwritten,
was a note from a certain Taunton Police Office stating ‘<u>Potentially
Dangerous and likely to try to escape.</u></p>
<p>This, the prison
officer explained, immediately barred me as an outside gardener at the old people's
home, librarian or the plum job, the HM Governor was trying to clear to be his
own tea maker and ‘batman.</p>
<p>Perhaps his passion to
‘Break the Bonds of Earth', at every conceivable opportunity, influenced him a
little?</p>
<p>And still these
‘shrinks' refuse to read the evidence brought in by my good wife, for fear it
may endanger their ‘interim diagnosis' of paranoid delusional disorder.</p>
A ‘Hunger Strike’ or Just ‘Not Eating?’http://kirkflyingvet.com/blogs/legal/archive/2009/10/16/a-hunger-strike-or-just-not-eating.aspxFri, 16 Oct 2009 09:14:00 GMTc7306cf9-8c9b-4f2c-8f21-f8b2637dc339:1149Maurice<p>On the 8 October I may
have just lost my appetite but, since then, apart from the occasional apple or
grape, I have ‘refused food'.
</p>
<p>I do not expect much
to change until I am given my medical records from both State
Psychiatric Hospital, Austin, Texas
and the South Wales Forensic Service.</p>
<p>Informed interrogation
of both patients and staff of the Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, leaves me in no
doubt that I was taken from HM Prison, Cardiff on the pretext my so called
‘hunger strike' indicated a ‘psychiatric disorder' in order to prevent me
‘preserving evidence'.</p>
Well and Truly Cooked?http://kirkflyingvet.com/blogs/legal/archive/2009/10/15/well-and-truly-cooked.aspxThu, 15 Oct 2009 21:55:00 GMTc7306cf9-8c9b-4f2c-8f21-f8b2637dc339:1145Maurice<p>On 1st October I was promised Dr Tegwyn Williams would attend
the Crown Court to be challenged regarding the content of his three "interim"
psychiatry reports.
</p>
<p>He refused me both witness summonses on other psychiatrists to attend, in
rebuttal, and also my medication.</p>
<p>My daughter has just told me that, during the hearing, in my absence, the
Crown Prosecution was again included in the deliberations on the decision to
order a second psychiatric report of Her Majesty's very own choosing.</p>
<p>HM prison withheld my legal papers for over 7 weeks followed now by my
having to resort to a similar process, this time to try to obtain my own medical
records in an attempt to defend myself in a British court of law.</p>
<p>Even my own GP is denied access to the psychiatric reports of HM Caswell
Clinic, Bridgend, purported to be under the joint control of the National Health
Service and the Ministry of Justice.</p>
<p>So far I have had 6 psychiatric reports and 3 psychologist reports
written since I have been in custody, which, no doubt, Judge Cooke knows all
about.</p>
<p>Cardiff Crown Court continues to refuse me my right to hear the
3rd September tape, when the official transcript omits completely my
application for bail.</p>
<p>Maurice</p>
It Takes Two to Tangohttp://kirkflyingvet.com/blogs/legal/archive/2009/10/08/it-takes-two-to-tango.aspxThu, 08 Oct 2009 11:36:00 GMTc7306cf9-8c9b-4f2c-8f21-f8b2637dc339:1127Maurice<p><b>28 more days and another report. </b><br />
</p><p>Judge N Cooke has now ordered his second psychiatrist, a Dr Roland Jones, to
examine me in order to comply with the 1983 mental health act and to enable him
to section me for life, without trial on the 26th October. <br />
<br />
Does Dr Tegwyn Williams therefore have the opinion that I am insane? His 29th
September report does not state that. <br />
<br />
He refuses to allow me to prepare for trial by blocking access
to my laptop containing my legal records. A trial that has
the potential of a 10-year prison sentence. <br />
<br />
He refuses to release my medical records, even to my own GP. My GP
confirms they cannot obtain them on my behalf. <br />
<br />
Dr Williams obtained my medical records from the State Psychiatric Hospital,
Austin, Texas without my consent and also refuses to disclose those. <br />
<br />
Dr Williams states he is under threat from a Mr Norman Scarth and a Patrick
Cullinane and referred the matter to the recorder of Cardiff, Judge N Cooke. <br />
<br />
Just a warning to all of you out there of things to come.</p><p><br />

These words echo across countless pages of court transcripts meticulously typed
up over tens of years.</p>
<p>However, Maurice Kirk begs to disagree, he does not regard Regina as
an adversary. He actually bears no personal grudge against Regina or any of her
kith or kin. Rather it is her employees he is concerned about, those who take
her name in vain and use their positions and powers to ruin the lives of innocent
civilians throughout the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. It is they who
have caused him decades of controversy against which he, being a believer in
truth and justice, has had no option but to defend himself or to litigate.</p>
<p>Maurice Kirk, in common with millions of other civilians across the
United Kingdom and the Commonwealth, has wished for a very long time that
Regina would discipline her millions of employees, all those who have sworn an
oath, all those Chartered or wearing the symbol of the Crown upon their garb.
He wishes that Regina would do her duty to all her subjects and delegate orders
for those who act in her name to act in accordance with the age-old principles
of human rights which are now enshrined in the UK Human Rights Act 1998 and other
Commonwealth and international Human Rights legislation.</p>
<p>In common with many who have in-depth knowledge of the system gained
by personal experience, he wishes that the links between the defence, academic, police,
legal and psychiatric fraternities were exposed and torn asunder. Of particular
concern are those involved with human research, the tactics and technologies of
surveillance and the influence of the human body and brain.</p>
<p>Regina is in the unique position to unravel the matrix from the top
down, unless it is her wish that her subjects should live as a psycho-civilized
society.</p>
<p>It was reported that during a conversation she had with Paul Burrell
(Diana's butler) the Queen stated that there were unknown forces at work.</p>
<p><i>"When I came back, I was in grief along with the rest of the world.
And then the queen asked to see me at Buckingham Palace. And what she said in
that meeting was, </i><i>"Paul, do be careful.
You know, there are forces at work in the country of which we have no
knowledge."</i></p>
<p><a href="http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,108136,00.html" target="_blank">Fox News report</a> </p>
<p><i>I was grieving. I saw the Queen and she warned me of dark forces.</i></p>
<p><a href="http://ladydiana.portal.dk3.com/article.php?sid=1471&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0" target="_blank">Interview on BBC Radio 4's Today programme </a></p>
<p>Maurice wishes that those operating under the aegis of Royal
Charters would deny their prerogative of ‘non-recital'
(concealment) and ‘mis-recital' (deception). In particular he wishes that the
courts and judges, ministers and civil servants would renounce the orders which
explicitly command them to give favourable treatment to the chartered bodies.
In order to achieve this, he wishes that Regina would order the Privy Council to
change the wording of all Royal Charters from that which provides immunity and
pre-excuses improper conduct.</p>
<p>Maurice Kirk himself has even been in Regina's employ. He has
faithfully applied his skills as a veterinary surgeon on the Prince of Wales
estates. In fact, on one occasion when he had been dehorning the royal steers,
his journey home was interrupted, a commonplace occurrence, by the South Wales
Police and he was charged with being in possession of a dangerous weapon, a
garrotte - actually embriotomy wire for dehorning cattle. The boys in blue were
obviously well informed about the precise contents of his veterinary kit for
that day and were prepared once again to exercise their powers against him.</p>
<p>On that occasion he was arrested on suspicion of being in possession
of an offensive weapon. Next he was charged with being in possession of an
offensive weapon. He was 48 years old and spent 3 days in Cardiff jail during
which time the South Wales Police said that they did not know who he was, after
which all charges were dropped by the magistrate due to lack of evidence.</p>
<p>Maurice Kirk has experienced a perennial problem with being
permitted to hold a trial with jurors, as courts were held in the old days. He
feels that the presence and opinion of twelve civilian equals might negate some
of the sanctioned lies and withholding of information of Regina's servants. Unfortunately
he does not anticipate that this chronic challenge will be addressed in his
favour.</p>
<p>He would greatly appreciate it if at least his named adversary
Regina would appear to face him, and if that is inconvenient that she should
appear on video-link, and if that is inconvenient that she should apologise for
her absence.</p>
<p>He would prefer, of course, that in each session of the court, Regina
would pardon him from the offence of the day caused by her loyal servants.</p>
<p>In the current case regarding the ownership, registration and sale
of a single decommissioned, inoperative World War 1 machine gun, Regina should
understand Maurice Kirk's current situation better than any citizen of the
United Kingdom. Regina owns numerous buildings across the British Isles which
are full of weapons dating from the most ancient to the most modern. Regina
owns armouries brimming with pikes and staves, rapiers and swords, cutlasses
and flintlocks, blunderbusses, rifles and bayonets, most of which have been
meticulously restored and preserved in perfect working order. On Regina's
rooftops and terraces, hundreds of canons stand at the ready with cannonballs at
their feet. They point outwards across the land aimed at thousands of innocent
civilians.</p>
<p>Has every single one of Regina's weapons been registered? Does
Regina hold a licence for every single firearm on her premises? Or is Regina
exempt from the rulings of the Firearms Act?</p>
<p>How can Regina, the owner of thousands of fully operational weapons,
be versus one man who does not own a single weapon and who did not own, nor was
in possession of the single deactivated firearm in question when he was
arrested and charged under the Firearms Act?</p>
<p>"<i>Regina vs Maurice Kirk</i>", these words will assuredly reverberate
across the land until his dying day or conversely until they are changed to "<i>Rex
vs Maurice Kirk</i>".</p>
Word from Mauricehttp://kirkflyingvet.com/blogs/kirks_blog/archive/2009/09/28/word-from-maurice.aspxMon, 28 Sep 2009 14:16:00 GMTc7306cf9-8c9b-4f2c-8f21-f8b2637dc339:1105Pie2211<p><b>Wednesday (23rd)</b></p>
<p>Yet another day in the
prison, denied my papers, laptop and privacy to interview some 50 odd
witnesses.</p>
<p>The witness has to
have 2 staff escorts, the latter to record ‘selective memory' appropriate
for the physic jargon in their little world of apparent make believe.</p>
<p>It is 6am and I want
to have a cup of tea and start work.</p>
<p>No tea until 7.30 -
the ‘rules' and we have run out of milk!</p>
<p>I am due to have a
visit from two of the kids today.
Belinda and Alex. </p>
<p>Belinda goes off to
some remote part of the world to set up some future TV documentary in the
deepest jungle or half way up some mountain.
</p>
<p>Alex is chasing his
tail preparing for university at Kingston on Thames. ‘Now just
how am I going to load all my books and ‘stuff' on my Honda 125?'</p>
<p>Better have a shave
and impress. Cut my fingernails, iron a
short and wear a tie. The rigmarole of
signing in and out just for a safety razor, under constant surveillance is a small
price to pay. I am not allowed nail
clippers. </p>
<p>Even the telephone
calls are monitored, my being denied any privacy even with my wife that has
made me so annoyed.</p>
<p>‘Don't let them
provoke you' Norman Scarth's sound words rang in my ear. If you argue you have a mental disorder - if
you smile too much and joke you are definitely doomed!</p>
<p>Norman, an old
campaigner of injustice under the ‘British Judicial system' had been in the
Royal WW2 arctic convoys, beaten the enemy at Strasbourg and a regular face at our protests
around the Country. What did Churchill say
"when found halfway through hell, keep going" - or something like that.</p>
<p>I am in a ward of
seven, sometimes eight, prisoners in the HM regulated establishment, simply an extension
of Cardiff prison. The vast number running the place, just for
sixty four beds, desperately attempt to fool me otherwise, saying I am a
‘patient' under their ‘care'. </p>
<p>No one seems to have
experienced a section 35 "who caused my arrest in the first place?" I ask the lady ‘shrink'. Her answer reflected the need to know basis
obviously in this section of scary medicine.</p>
<p>"Who asked for section
35" I ask. The original judge just wanted
to protect his own back with the ‘perfunctory episode' of a ‘professional' to
make my imprisonment, without trial, look acceptable in the eyes of the ill
informed general public. If only they
stopped believing the rubbish printed by some newspapers and actually witnessed
what really goes on in our courts - Dream On, Maurice.</p>
<p>Why can I not have my
legal papers? No one seems to know but
hurry off to write down my ‘mood change', pages and pages of it.</p>
<p>I sneak back to my
little cell and slide out from under a corner the twelve page nursing report
dated 27 and 31 August. What an insight
into so serious a subject.</p>
<p>My attempt to post a
letter at Highgrove, to mimic all I was doing at the US President's ranch last
year, had the very effect I most feared.</p>
<p>The ‘Mets' involvement
led to a Princess of Wales Hospital's psychiatrist to write, in March, "initial
conclusions were that he demonstrated paranoid personality traits and
longstanding delusional beliefs". I was
clearly quite mad in believing our Law Courts would finally nail the buggers.</p>
<p>This was from a
psychiatric report, never completed as I realised just in time just what their
‘end game' was.</p>
<p>Now to be, just days
after the Chief Constable had signed her false affidavit on failed disclosure.</p>
<p>Alex and Belinda
arrive loaded with reading material, French CD's, a decent newspaper, bars of
chocolate! My birthday all over again.</p>
<p>Then the serious stuff
- in the presence of prison guards - warning my kids of the quickening pace of
pervasion of evil, following Barbara's' signature.</p>
<p>To be continued....</p>
