People are being misled about the Law,

Legislation, Statutes and Acts.

They have been misled by themselves and others who "ought to know" and invariably do know, but who fail to inform their clients. Because it wouldn't be good for bu$ine£$!

Over the past FEW YEARS (since around 2005) many victims have been "told" that the police:

"Do not have a duty of care to protect the public" ...

and variations of words to that effect.

However take Mr Kirk's case/s as an example

Many of the acts of fraud, criminality, harassment, assault, theft etc. against Mr Kirk were committed against him over MANY YEARS and,

Prior to what is currently asserted.

It is not what the Law is now (or has been since about 2005)

The issue is of What the Law was at the TIME :-

THE YEAR - that the OFFENCES were committed against him.

To hammer home the point - take Regina V Dytham as a case in point; and other cases which surrounded the Dytham ruling.  

They are "leapfrogging" (duplicitously / as deception is) over datelines. Don't let them do it.

Many victims storm out of court yelling that the judge is stupid / does not know what he's talking about etc. etc. They are not stupid; far from it they're the ones who are having the last laugh at the public.

People should be very wary of running to and along with other supposedly higher and more powerful court jurisdictions and of being lulled into believing that those other court jurisdictions will 'afford' them some justice.

Certain 'Memorandums of understanding' between states - are operated quietly (secretly) and together on an "off the record" / "need to know" (or not) basis and, more often than not to the detriment of an "individual" who one state considers as a dissident within.

Ponder the following:

Where are the laws protecting Dissidents - who would dare to question their States' - men at the top?

Must fly - bandits are leaking in a too orchestrated mannor.
